Scott Evans named the Face of MyINDY-TV

Indianapolis, IN - After a month of auditions, a month of call-backs, screen tests, interviews, over 70,000+ on-line votes and a panel of celebrity judges; The Face of MyNDY-TV has been chosen! Meet Scott Evans, The Face of MyNDY-TV!

Scott has made a local name for himself entertaining audiences at Conseco Field House as the on-court host for the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever. He has also served as host for Indiana Black Expo's teen talk forum at Summer Celebration, and featured on "360 Degrees," a local television show addressing topics affecting today's youth.

Currently, Scott teaches at IBE's Youth Video Institute, an after school program that trains teenagers television production skills including editing, producing, writing, and on-air personality development. Scott's involvement with the program dates back to 1999, when he first joined the Youth Video Institute at 13 years old.

As an outgoing, personable, local Indy resident, Scott is now ready to tackle his next challenge as The Face of MyNDY.

As The Face of MyNDY-TV, Scott will receive a one-year contract to represent WNDY, channel 23 as the station's spokesperson both on-air and at public appearances at community and station sponsored events.

Scott's first day on-air will be Monday, January 5, 2009.
