Ashlie Kolb

Ashlie Renay Kolb is a born and raised farm girl with roots in the Midwest. She received her Masters Degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois, and expanded on her knowledge of country music through internships with the entertainment news shows CMT Insider on CMT and “Nashville, Music & More” on WSMV-TV. Since graduation, Ashlie has been working as a freelance TV Host covering the music & entertainment scene in Indianapolis. She is also a contributing writer to IndyConcerts.com.

In addition to hosting, Ashlie worked on Season 6 of Nashville Star as a stand-in for Jewel. She has even dabbled in acting, and she can be seen in music videos by artists like Brad Paisley, Brooks & Dunn, Trisha Yearwood, Sugarland and more.

Outside of work Ashlie enjoys spending time with her family, riding around the farm, working out, catching great concerts in Indy and playing with her Golden Doodle puppy named Kirby.
