Danielle

Face of MyINDY-TV 23

Danielle is so Hoosier, it is surprising that her hair is not made out of cornstalks!

Born and bred in this great state, she grew up in Carmel and headed off to Indiana University after graduation. As a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority, she learned the satisfaction of being involved in fund raising and community involvement.

She has a passion for communication and media. As a past representative for top organizations such as the Indianapolis Colts, Castrol Oil, Formula One, Danielle found excitement and fun in working with people, learning their stories and creating fun events.

Her love of children landed her a job as a Respiratory Therapist at one of the nation's top children's hospitals - Riley. Being a part of the so many miracles that happen every day and making a difference in the life of a child truly gives Danielle joy.

It was her passion that brought her to audition for the Face of MyIndy-TV. Already a fan of the Indy Style show and WISH TV, she told no one that she was auditioning and headed off to the event. The minute that she met everyone, she knew that this was the job for her! The atmosphere, the people, the excitement - she dove in with enthusiasm to do the best that she could do with the opportunity and to represent the station at its best.

She was sincerely shocked (and humbled) when her name was announced because of the enormous talent in the competition! The following morning, when it became a reality, she couldn't sleep for 2 days - thinking of thousands of ideas to bring the people of Indianapolis together and everyone having a great time!

Danielle's top priority is her wonderful family and friends, with whom she credits as the best thing about her!

She loves to try new and different things and can't wait to meet each and everyone one in this great city!
