New face of MyINDY-TV makes his debut

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The new face of MyINDY-TV made his debut on Daybreak Monday morning.

His name is Scott Evans and you'll see him on-air and at community events representing MyINDY-TV. Scott was chosen after months of auditions, screen tests and interviews.

You may recognize Scott as the on-court host for the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever games.

"The face of MyINDY-TV, it is probably the moment in life, I was just talking about it, the moment in life where your preparation meets the perfect opportunity to be a part of a team, to be a part of a force that is MyINDY-TV here in the community. I'm excited to do some things different. I'm excited to experience Indianapolis in a completely and totally different way and share that with people of Indianapolis," said Evans.

If you want to meet Scott Evans, there will be a meet and greet party at Midtown Grill in Broad Ripple on January 16 at 7 p.m. Scott said there will even be a drink special called "The Great Scott."
