MONTGOMERY, Ala. (CNN/WSFA) - It's pretty rare in basketball to see a half-court shot go in. And it is even more rare to see a full court shot go through the net.

Remarkably, two teammates from Saint James each made a once-in-a-lifetime shot in the same half Tuesday night.

First, Slade Methmen beat the first quarter buzzer with a full court, 90-foot fling.

Then, C.J. Duncan punctuated the first half by nailing a half-court shot.

But in the end, the glory went to Saint James' rival. St. Jude won the game, 66 to 63.
