ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — A number of artists will be stopping by Ann Arbor this fall to speak as part of a series hosted by the University of Michigan Stamps School of Art & Design.
The Penny Stamps Speaker Series got underway last week.
It resumes with a talk Thursday by director, writer and actor Simon McBurney.
The series is free to the public and is being held nearly every Thursday from mid-September through April at the Michigan Theater.
Speakers include artists in theater, photography, installation work, industrial design, humor, performance art, sculpture and technology.

The university announced Blue III, also known as Trip, on Thursday. He was born Dec. 23 in Indiana. The university's current live mascot, Blue II, remains with the school.
